Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Find a Fuckbuddy, a social networking and entertainment site. By using the Find a Fuckbuddy Website (the "Website") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this "Agreement"), whether or not you register as a member ("Member"). If you wish to become a Member and make use of the Find a Fuckbuddy service (the "Service"), you will need to submit a registration form.

This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the Website and your membership in the Service and may be modified by Find a Fuckbuddy from time to time, such modifications to be effective upon posting on the Website. 2. Eligibility

You must be eighteen or over to register as a member of Find a Fuckbuddy or use the Website. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You acknowledge and understand that you access the Website and Service freely, voluntarily, and willingly, and for your own personal enjoyment.

3. Term

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website and/or are a Member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by following the instructions in Account Settings, or upon receipt of your written or email notice of termination.

Find a Fuckbuddy may terminate your membership for any reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership, or such other email address as you may later provide.

4. Non-Commercial Use

The Website is for the personal use of individual Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members and should not use the Service or the Website for any purpose.

You are prohibited from accessing or using the Website for illegal or commercial purposes, including but not limited to, collecting usernames, profile data, and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of marketing or sending unsolicited commercial email or electronic messages.

5. Legal Protections and Prohibited Activities

Find a Fuckbuddy is committed to maintaining a safe and legal platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

You understand and agree that Find a Fuckbuddy may review and delete any content, messages, photos, videos, or profiles that violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Members.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm
• Harassment or unauthorized use of likeness
• Spam or unsolicited mass mailing
• False or misleading information
• Content that exploits people under 18
• Commercial solicitation or advertising
• Content that promotes illegal activities
• Unauthorized copyrighted material
• Restricted or password-only access pages
• Content that solicits personal information from anyone under 18
• Instructional information about illegal activities
• Offering money or other consideration in exchange for sex

7. Copyright Policy

You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
• Your contact information
• A statement of your good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

8. Member Conduct

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members. Find a Fuckbuddy does not monitor the activity of its Members either offline or online, nor does it screen or verify the accuracy of statements made by Members.

You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other Members, particularly if you decide to meet offline or in person. You should not divulge personal or financial information to strangers.

You may not include in your Member profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses. You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service.

9. Disclaimer

Find a Fuckbuddy is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Website or in connection with the Service. The Website and the Service are provided "AS-IS" and Find a Fuckbuddy expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Find a Fuckbuddy cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Website and/or the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Find a Fuckbuddy be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Website or the Service.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Find a Fuckbuddy's liability to you for any cause or action or claim whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Find a Fuckbuddy for the Service during the term of membership.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Find a Fuckbuddy, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement.

12. Other

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and Find a Fuckbuddy regarding the use of the Website and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
